Connect Giant – Data Deletion Instructions

If you are a user of Connect Giant and wish to delete your data that has been collected via Facebook Login, please follow the instructions below:

🔐 How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: In-App Request

1. Open the Connect Giant app.

2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.

3. Tap on Delete My Account and Data.

4. Confirm the request.

5. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Manual Request

If you are unable to access the app, you can manually request data deletion by contacting us:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include: Your full name and the email address associated with your Facebook account.

We will process your request within 7 business days.

⚠️ What Happens After Deletion

• Your profile, connections, and videos will be removed from our servers.

• This action is permanent and irreversible.

• We may retain some data if required by law or to resolve disputes.

🔄 Facebook-Specific Deletion

You can also initiate deletion directly via Facebook:

1. Visit Facebook Apps and Websites Settings.

2. Find Connect Giant in the list of active apps.

3. Click Remove.

4. During removal, choose to also delete all data Connect Giant has received from Facebook.
